For PCB layouts and schematic drawings, B.E.S utilise Mentor Graphics and Altium CAD design packages. Both systems incorporate modules that provide a powerful integrated suite for professional PCB design.

Our capabilities range from simple single sided boards to complex multilayer processor boards using high density mixed technology components. Our layouts are produced by engineers who are experienced in electronic manufacture. This approach will ensure that all of our printed circuit boards have been designed with manufacture in mind and will facilitate a smooth transition into PCB assembly.

Following completion, schematic drawings and PCB layouts are subjected to internal and/or client review prior to prototype PCB manufacture. The prototype PCB will be manufactured quickly and cost effectively by our own in-house printed circuit board manufacturing facility.

The ability to manufacture our own printed circuit boards enable us to produce prototypes to the same quality as would be expected of the final build.
